Hey! I’m Claudia (she/her) and I work with people-pleasing young adults and professionals who struggle with creating boundaries and putting themselves first in relationships and couples looking to rewrite their love story!

Before we go any further, I want you to get rid of the negative things you’ve been told that have made you believe “Something’s wrong with me.”

Whether we’re virtual or in-person, I encourage you to come as you are. If you’re looking for a clinical therapist who will use big words, it’s not me. We are going to have real conversations that include laughter and the use of common language! My goal is to focus on helping you accomplish your goals while shushing that negative inner dialogue you’ve had for too long.

Through my own experience of putting everyone’s needs before my own, I realized I couldn’t keep this up forever. I remember feeling overwhelmed and tired of being told to “take a deep breath.” 😒 Stress and anxiety had become part of my daily life, and I had to make the changes to avoid burn-out.

In my relationships, I got tired of feeling like the only one making an effort. I wanted someone that could match the love I was ready to give so I went on a journey and learned how to ask for what I wanted.

Therapy isn’t a one size fits all, so we will focus on your goals and make sure we’ve drawn the map to your success together. You’ve put yourself on the back burner long enough.

  • Trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Individuals

  • I have completed numerous internships and have experience working with grief, community mental health, and healthcare.

  • Hours:

    I’m available from Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 am-4:00 pm (3:00 pm being my last session) for in-person or virtual sessions and Wednesday from 9:30 am-5:00 pm (4:00 pm being my last session) for in-person or virtual sessions.

    Thursday, I am available from 9:30 am-12:00 pm for virtual sessions only.

    Self-Pay Rate: $150 per 50-minute session
