Burnt Out, Disconnected, and Over It?
Let’s bring back balance—and the spark.

Hey, I’m Claudia!

I help couples strengthen their relationship during life's most difficult seasons and support professionals who are ready to create healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and more balance in their lives.

If you're here, chances are something feels off.

Maybe you and your partner are having the same argument over and over again. Maybe communication feels strained, resentment has started to build, or you're wondering how you became more like roommates than partners.

Or maybe you're the person everyone relies on. The one who keeps it all together, takes care of everyone else, and quietly pushes your own needs to the bottom of the list.

I believe relationships have the power to shape so much of our lives. When our relationships feel disconnected, stressful, or unfulfilling, it can affect everything else. That's why my work focuses on helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change that lasts.

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

In our sessions together, you can expect

✓ To uncover the negative patterns that have taken over in your relationship

✓ Work towards that balance you’ve always wanted in your life

✓ Feel like you can handle your day-to-day stresses with ease

My approach is warm but direct, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You won't find a therapist hiding behind clinical jargon or expecting you to have all the answers. Therapy with me is a place for honest conversations, laughter, practical tools, and real support as you work toward the life and relationships you want.

For couples, that might mean rebuilding trust, improving communication, navigating conflict differently, or finding your way back to each other.

For individuals, it might mean setting healthier boundaries, managing anxiety, speaking up for your needs, or finally giving yourself permission to stop carrying everything alone.

No matter where you're starting, my goal is to help you feel more connected, confident, and empowered moving forward. You don't have to wait until things fall apart to ask for support.

I'm glad you're here
