Burnt Out, Disconnected, and Over It?
Let’s bring back balance—and the spark.

Hey, welcome! I help people-pleasing adults and overwhelmed professionals set boundaries, speak up for themselves, and stop putting their needs last—especially in their relationships.
And I work with couples who feel more like roommates than partners and are ready to reconnect and rewrite their love story.

But first—let’s get one thing clear:
There’s nothing wrong with you.
Let’s toss out the old messages that made you believe otherwise.

Whether we’re meeting virtually or in person, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are.
No clinical jargon, no therapist voice—I’m here for real conversations, some laughter, and language that actually makes sense.
My goal? Help you feel more confident, connected, and clear about what you need—without the guilt.

You’re used to doing things on your own, but you don’t have to!

In our sessions together, you can expect

✓ To uncover the negative patterns that have taken over

✓ Work towards that balance you’ve always wanted

✓ Feel like you can handle your day to day stresses with ease

I’m here to help you recognize your worth and finally start putting yourself first.

I know what it’s like to constantly prioritize everyone else—because I’ve been there. For a long time, I ignored my own needs, pushed through stress, and told myself I was “fine.” Spoiler: I wasn’t. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and done hearing “just take a deep breath” like that was the fix. 😒

In my relationships, I felt like I was carrying the emotional weight alone. I was giving so much, hoping someone would meet me there. Eventually, I realized I had to speak up for what I needed—and learn how to receive love in return.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t believe in cookie-cutter sessions. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits you, your goals, and your pace. You’ve spent enough time on the back burner—it’s time to take up space in your own life.
